VersionUtil

VersionUtil is a small utility program wrote for developers. It will update the version number in a DLL or EXE after it is built.
It is designed to be used as part of a post-build event in a Visual C project.

The post-build event occurs if-and-only-if the binary is built and when used, this utility will update the version of the binary.
